Following a successful
start for Total Signs and Graphics Limited, we have invested a substantial sum in a Gerber Sabre CNC Router. This
computer controlled equipment will allow us to control our costs still further and also bring an expansion to the services
we offer. Over the next few years Total Signs and Graphics Limited is dedicated to reinvesting to create a better service for
our customers.

The CNC Router is
situated in our purpose built workshop area. This area is used to create all sign mounting systems, where welding, woodworking
and sign manufacture is carried out by our skilled craftsmen. This is the real factory outlet, available to the trade
and public.

Above the CNC Router is creating raised letters for a local contract. The Router is able to
cut out three dimensional shapes from various medias, including wood, A.C.M., aluminuim, brass and foamboard.

The CNC Router is very versatile in the hands of an experienced operator. The image
and video below show a door being made for a joiner to match existing doors that are no longer produced by the original manufacturer.
Many shapes can be made from all types of wood.

This project was carried out for
the Simon Yeo Studio. Following months of manufacture the detailed John Harrison Foundation Award was entrusted to Total Signs and Graphics Limited for the fine engraving. This really was a nerve wracking
task, as any mistakes would have resulted in the Award having to be made again. With no errors the job was completed
in time and in one piece. The finished Award was later presented to the winners of the John Harrison
Yacht Race.
